Return/Refund Policy For Services

 

We do not provide return/refund policy for Services which are known as Diksha, Anushthans & Yagya

 

Return/Refund Policy For Physical Products

 

At GuruShakti.org.in, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less shipping charge). Our policy lasts 3 days after receiving the products by courier.

 

If you receive a damaged product then immedietly inform us by sending the clear pictures of damaged product. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/return. If approved, then your refund/return will be processed. In case of refund, credit will automatically be applied to your bank or original method of payment within a 10-15 working days. (Please read the Cancellation Policy). In case of return we will send you back the copy of the same product with in 3-5 working days.

 

Please send us an email at contact before initiating the return. We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.

 

Cancellation Policy For Services

 

 

We do not provide Cancellation policy for Services which are known as Diksha, Anushthan & Yagya. Once booked it can’t be cancelled in any case.

 

Cancellation Policy For Physical Products

Order has not been shipped yet:  Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 10-15 working days. The order is normally shipped within 2-3 days after the purchase.

 

Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstances. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

 

We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it and return the product within 2 days of receiving with the original invoice and packing.

 In case if you opt for refund  money would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 10-15 working days. Further, The cost of shipping back the product to us will be reimbursed in the form of a coupon of GuruShakti. Refund will be issued after we receive the goods.

 

Incorrect items received:  In a very rare and unlikely case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we would request you to let us know about the same on the day you receive it and return the product within 3 days of receiving the item. We will ship the right items to you right away once the old one is received back. 

In case if you opt for refund money would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 10-15 working days. Further the cost of shipping back the product to us will be reimbursed in the form of a coupon of GuruShakti.  We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns). Refund will be issued after we receive the goods.
