There are many situations and conditions in which a person experience such kind of fear like appearing in a test or interview, making a public speech, fear of heights & water and so on.

 

On the other hand mania is an abnormally elevated mood state characterized by irritability, insomnia and inappropriate social behavior. This mantra can help to eradicate such kind of mental disorders and state of mind. One can also use this mantra to remove such kind of mind disorder by energizing the water and giving it to the relevant person.

 

How To Chant The Hanuman Mantra

  • This Hanuman mantra is used to eliminate phobias, manias & nervousness.
  • Worship the Guru for success of the mantra.
  • Start from Tuesday morning or any auspicious time.
  • Offer sindoor, red cloth, sweets and flowers in Lord Hanuman temple before starting the sadhna.
  • Lit an incense & oil lamp before the picture of Lord Hanuman.
  • Chant 5 mala of this mantra with Tulsi or Rudraksh mala.
  • Do this for 14 days.
  • On the next day offer some food to Brahmins.
  • After sadhana chant 108 times of this mantra when you need it most.
